BARNHARDT BLEACHED COTTON: SERVICES

Barnhardt Manufacturing provides a number of services for our Bleached Cotton customers and prospective customers. We have a state of the art Technical Services Laboratory with a pilot Kier that simulates our production Kier process. This pilot Kier is used for continual process improvement and research and development purposes.

Additionally we have an AFIS Fiber Analyzer that tests the fiber length and visual foreign matter. This allows us to provide our customers data that will enhance their own production planning.

Barnhardt also has pilot cards to simulate process trials on bleached cotton for potential customers.

Because of Barnhardt’s rich heritage and many partnerships developed over the history of the company; we also offer the  ability to provide collaborations involving other entities to give support not provided by Barnhardt.

We have a team of highly trained individuals that is a tremendous resource for those companies that are new to processing cotton and those companies with problems they need help solving.
